Recruitment Campaign Manager (Range C)
Sift criteria
Candidates – Please note, you will be asked to give evidence in your application of how you meet these criteria.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Experience of working in a recruitment or talent management team, with an understanding of an end to end recruitment process.
2. Experience of building strong and proactive working relationships with key stakeholders, with a customer focused attitude and excellent verbal and written communicative skills.
3. Ability to work independently and balance a busy workload, working to deliver against tight deadlines, whilst handling conflicting priorities.
4. Ability to confidently and effectively use IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
The lead criteria is: Sift criteria 2 – building strong and proactive working relationships.
If we receive a large number of applications, applications will be assessed against this criteria alone first. They will then be assessed against the other criteria if they have met the minimum score on the lead criteria.
