Required Behaviours, Experience and Technical Skills:


1.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to represent the department with senior industry figures. (Communicating and influencing)


2. The ability to deal with a wide range of issues, and to work independently to relate technically complex detail to the bigger picture. (Seeing the big picture)


3. The ability to balance and deliver complex and detailed work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment, often delivering through others. (Delivering at pace)


The lead criteria is: Communicating and influencing
If we receive a large number of applications, applications will be assessed against this criteria alone first. They will then be assessed against the other criteria if they have met the minimum score on the lead criteria.
