Sift criteria

Required Qualification:

1. The post holder should be a HR professional, who is CIPD qualified or evidence of working towards this qualification.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Leadership: Able to work effectively with broad range of staff across boundaries; making connections and bringing people along with you when driving the agenda forward.

2. Communicating and Influencing: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to influence key groups and individuals, representing the Function across Government

3. Working Together: Strong stakeholder management skills. An excellent teammate with the ability to work flexibly across a fast paced but rewarding team.

4. Changing and Improving: Develop and deliver products, advice and strategies that build on existing mechanisms, ensuring that delivery of key work areas maintains relevant, valuable and evidence based.
