NIC

The National Infrastructure Commission’s (NIC) role is to provide the government with unbiased advice on the UK’s long term infrastructure needs.  The NIC is independently overseen by a panel of Commissioners. It is staffed by a mix of civil servants and secondees and works closely with the main regulators, infrastructure providers and the private sector.
