Analyst, Portfolio Governance (SEO)

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques to deliver successful outcomes, including risk management. (Spectrum, NDA, BBB)

2. Experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders inc. HMT, Whitehall Depts. and ALBs. (Spectrum, BBB)

3. Experience of working with Ministers and preparing clear and effective advice both in writing and verbally. (Spectrum, NDA).

4. Knowledge of Government finance, value for money business cases and proper use of public money (Spectrum, NDA, BBB).

5. Strong numeracy skills and an ability to understand company finances and investment strategies (BBB).

6. Knowledge of governance of ALBs inc remuneration issues and Board appointments (BBB, NDA)
