Deputy Director Finance, Estates and Information Systems (SCS1)
Person Specification
Whilst we have no preconceptions as to what sectors or industries you will have worked in; the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence of the following essential criteria:
• A professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CCAB or equivalent);
• Significant experience, and a demonstrable track record of success in a Finance or wider Corporate Services role particularly in the use of financial and delivery data to improve performance;
• Strong corporate and team leadership experience gained through experience in a delivery focused organisation including the ability to build financial and commercial capability;
• Successful track record of operating strategically, building relationships and working across an organisation to deliver results and drive effective and efficient performance;
• Experience of developing and implementing a responsive and customer-focused culture to create a climate of continuous improvement where people can develop their own potential.
Desirable criteria:
• Experience of leading, directing and managing a geographically dispersed team.
