Required Qualifications:
1. CIPD Qualified or willing to work towards this.
Required Behaviours, Experience and Technical Skills:
2. Experience of delivering, evaluating and/or designing L&D programmes and initiatives to achieve specific outcomes in an organisational context.
3. Experience of building effective and collaborative relationships with a diverse range of internal and external people to influence change and deliver shared objectives. And the ability to provide direction and partner with different audiences including senior stakeholders.
4. Ability to deliver multiple complex programmes, with use of project management tools and external suppliers.
If we receive a large number of applications, applications will be assessed against evidence of delivering, evaluating and/or designing L&D programmes first. They will then be assessed against the other criteria if they have met the minimum score on the lead criteria.
