Required Qualifications:

A Prosci business change qualification.

Required Behaviours, Experience and Technical Skills

• Experience of leading business change and realising benefits using Prosci within a major people centred change programme

• Successful use of Prosci change management disciplines, approaches, tools and methodologies

• Ability to build and run strategic and long-term relationships with key internal and external partners at pace

The lead criteria is:   Experience of leading business change and realising benefits using Prosci within a major people centred change programme.

If we receive a large number of applications, applications will be assessed against this criteria alone first. They will then be assessed against the other criteria if they have met the minimum score on the lead criteria.
