Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Ability to think strategically, quickly comprehending a range of different policy areas, identifying key issues and proactively shaping and driving forward an agenda.

2. Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to work independently in a pressurised environment and to tight deadlines, prioritising demands and reacting at short notice to Ministerial requests.

3. Ability to credibly own the Treasury’s primary relationship with a broad range of stakeholders.
