Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Exceptional writing skills: the ability to write persuasive and elegant prose to be spoken, rather than read.
2. The confidence and credibility to work very closely with Ministers, Special Advisers and senior officials.
3. Strong organisational skills to manage a very demanding workload and deliver at pace and under pressure.
