Required Behaviours, Experience and Technical Skills:
1. Behaviour: Making Effective Decisions - Ability to work autonomously with little or no supervision, exercising sound judgement and taking the initiative and good time management to make effective decisions under pressure.
2. Behaviour: Managing a Quality Service - Good personal organisation and attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate effective knowledge and records management. Keeping Directors/Deputy Directors informed of any changes to diaries as soon as possible. Deliver high quality administration support to teams and wider group.
3. Behaviour: Communicating and Influencing - Able communicator and capable influencer, comfortable and effective in communicating with senior staff and high profile external stakeholders, and using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
4. Behaviour: Working Together - Excellent team working skills and people influencing skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others
