Required Qualifications:
1. Level 3 CIPD Qualified, or willing to work towards this.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
2. Experience of writing or working with recruitment policies, especially in the early talent space. Knowledge of recruitment best practice, and any relevant employment law relating to recruitment.
3. Highly effective communicator both verbally and in writing, with the ability to forge successful relationships with a range of internal and external contacts.
4. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and successfully to meet deadlines in a pressurised environment.
