Sift Criteria

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Experience of working in a recruitment or talent management team, with an understanding of an end to end recruitment process.

2. Experience of building strong and proactive working relationships with key stakeholders, with a customer focused attitude and excellent verbal and written communicative skills.

3. Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload under pressure to deliver on deadlines, whilst managing conflicting priorities.

4. Ability to confidently and effectively use IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
