Required Qualifications:
Degree in an analytical subject (e.g. economics, statistics, operational research, social research etc.)
Required Behaviours, Experience and Technical Skills:
1. Ability to interpret data and evidence using analytical methods and apply high quality, innovative analysis to derive rigorous and evidence-based solutions to policy problems.
2. Experience in explaining complex analytical issues to a non-specialist audience and producing high quality and persuasive reports and other written materials.
3. Ability to work independently on conceptually challenging projects with a broad scope, managing a busy workload to deliver prioritised, clear outputs.
4. Demonstrable expertise in a relevant policy area, which might include: an infrastructure sector, economic regulation or cost-benefit analysis.
