IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
Returner placements will be open to all individuals who have taken time out of work for at least 2 years, or are currently engaged in work that does not make the best use of their skills, competencies and qualifications.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. At least 3 years’ experience of working within a policy environment at the highest levels, or a high-level of policy and political understanding, coupled with either project management or economics experience (you do not need to have worked in the Civil Service to apply)

2. Excellent analytical skills and experience in presenting complex arguments clearly and persuasively

3. Strong strategic thinking skills and experience of applying them creatively to scope, structure and implement robust solutions to complex problems

4. Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload to deliver deadlines and priorities
