Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Experience of leading, motivating and developing high-performing teams, especially during periods of change, and working collaboratively across team boundaries

2. The ability to build stakeholder relationships to deliver across departmental boundaries quickly at the most senior levels based on trust and respect

3. Experience of working with complex governance environments
