Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Ability to think strategically, taking account of the bigger picture, understanding interlinkages and interdependencies, and taking a logical and structured approach to problem solving
2. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across boundaries, making connections and bringing people along with you when driving the agenda forward.
3. Experience working in a changeable and challenging environment, requiring a flexible and adaptable approach to changing work activities and priorities.
