Required Qualifications:
1. Level 3 CIPD Qualified, or willing to work towards this
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
2. Experience of working in any of a HR talent management role, a learning and development advisory role, a continuous improvement role, a project management role, or equivalent
3. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and successfully to meet deadlines in a pressurised environment
4. Ability to conduct research, gather insights and analyse data to diagnose issues and inform solutions
