Person Specification

Required Qualifications:
1. A degree in economics, with a good understanding of, and ability to apply, open-economy macro and international economics.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Experience of producing high quality macroeconomic analysis and reporting, demonstrating your ability to consider political and other factors relevant to the economic risks/prospects facing countries;
2. Proven ability to lead policy analysis and development, and experience of successfully working closely with Ministers, senior officials or Special Advisers;
3. A track record of successfully delivering timely analysis in a fast-moving environment, including by building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders whose input you require.
