Communications Officer (Range C)

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of communicating messages using evidence to identify target audiences to inform communication objectives and messages.

2. Proven ability to work independently, with excellent organisation and planning skills to drive forward longer-term projects, while managing short-term demands to deliver to deadlines. 

3. Proven experience of managing a digital channel, (such as a website or social media site) measuring user behaviour and writing creative digital content. 

4. Able to build strong relationships with colleagues across organisations and working with others to deliver objectives.
