Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Experience of deploying a range of innovative approaches to engage with geographically dispersed populations
2. An experienced communications professional, able to provide expert guidance to senior leaders, able to effectively engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders, through strong leadership and communication skills
3. Able to lead and build effective working relationships at the most senior levels based on trust and respect in a complex matrix environment, working across departmental boundaries to deliver across a broad remit
