Person Specification

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Experience of developing, drafting and delivering complex information/ideas, with an ability to analyse and synthesise complex information to make informed judgements.

2. Experience of building and influencing a wide set of internal and external networks to support your priorities.

3. Ability to work independently, get up to speed quickly, and manage a busy workload to deliver deadlines and priorities.

4. High political awareness and an ability to engage with senior officials and ministers on presentational risks and issues, and able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the issues and risks relating to Brexit.

5. Familiarity with financial services policy/regulation including in an EU context would be desirable. A broader understanding of financial services trade concepts would also be advantageous but is not mandatory.
